High-end conference room Lighting arrangements for video conference rooms

(1)   Illumination is a basic requirement for a video conference room. Due to the randomness of the conference or video conference, natural light varies in color temperature at different times. Therefore, artificial cold light sources are used indoors to avoid natural light. The doors and windows of the conference room need to be covered with dark curtains. The light source has no adverse effect on the human eye. It is more appropriate to choose three-color lights. Illumination requirements are stipulated as follows: A) In order to ensure correct image hue and self-balance of the camera, the light irradiating the face of the participants shall be uniform and the illuminance shall not be lower than 500 lux (500 lux is probably the same as our general office with fluorescent lights The illumination) should avoid direct light. B) The direction of the light is more important than the intensity of the light. Mounting a diffuser lens on the light allows the light to diffuse fully and evenly illuminate the participants' faces.

(2) Installation location requirements:

Three-color lights are generally installed on the ceiling of a conference room. L-shaped frames are to be mounted on the ceiling. The lamps are installed at the corners of the L-shaped frames so that the lights do not directly reach the objects and participants but rely on the reflection and scattering of light from the ceiling. Illuminate the conference room.

In addition to the above two points, in order to achieve better results, we must also pay attention:

A) Avoid direct sunlight on objects, backgrounds, and lenses. This can lead to sharp contrasts.

B) Auxiliary light is recommended when light is weak, but avoid direct light.

C) The use of auxiliary lights, the use of daylight lighting is recommended; the use of lanterns is prohibited, and the use of strobe light sources is avoided.

D) Avoid direct illumination from the top light or side light from the top or window. This kind of irradiation will directly lead to shadows.

E) It is recommended to use indirect light or softer light reflected from a flat wall.

(3), layout principles:

The principle is one point - to ensure the camera effect to achieve the purpose of reproducing a clear image.
